What we are doing

We will be following and adhering to all government guidance ahead of the event to ensure the event is Covid safe. We are in regular communication with the venue about all safety measures and will ensure any new guidance issued is adhered to and communicated on the website.

We have already put a number of things in place to enable delegates, speakers and exhibitors to enjoy the conference in a safe way.

Hand sanitiser stations will be provided throughout the venue for your use.

We will be monitoring the situation with regards to mask wearing and will communicate what the event requirements will be ahead of the event. They will be in line with government guidance.

What we’d like you to do

To keep everyone safe, you need to either be fully vaccinated (this means the prescribed doses of an approved vaccine).

Have had a negative COVID-19 test (either lateral flow or PCR) within 48 hours of attending. We are asking that you comply with one of these, we don’t need you to provide evidence.

As an additional courtesy to others, we recommend everyone (regardless of vaccine status) takes a lateral flow test the day before the conference to ensure we are all COVID free. These tests are available free from the NHS.
